Join us for a different kind of workout!

Each class begins with prayer and a Bible verse. Throughout the workout, we meditate on that verse.

The class format is 10-15 minute warm up, 30 minutes of instructor (not video) led exercise, and a 15-20 minute cool down/stretch. The exercise portion may include cardio drumsticks, strength training, circuit stations or some combination.

Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and a water bottle. There are no fees ~ donations only.

Classes are held Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm and every other Saturday from 9:00-10:00am (see the full list of class dates below). Due to Covid, space is limited. Please email to register.

Our parishioner, Sara Dorato, has been a certified group fitness instructor with Revelation Wellness since 2016.
