CHWC scholarship applications include a letter written by the teen detailing why they would like to attend Catholic HEART Work Camp this summer and their commitment to the trip. You DO NOT need to explain need.(Required)

I understand that by accepting a scholarship, I am agreeing to follow through and attend the trip and all fundraisers leading up to it. I understand that should I decide to drop of of the trip after April 1, I will be responsible for paying for my spot ($550)(Required)
