“Restore All Things in Christ” Goal Exceeded

Dear Friends in Christ,

Just in case some of you missed it last weekend, I am overjoyed to announce the incredible news that we have exceeded our goal for the “Restore All Things in Christ” Sanctuary Project! Thanks to the generous contributions of so many, we have completed this campaign in record time. This is a tremendous gift to our parish, and I am thrilled to see the shared excitement for our updated sanctuary space.

For those who have not yet pledged, I encourage you to consider turning in your pledges. We will be good stewards of any additional funds we receive. These contributions will help us absorb any costs that may be higher than anticipated or if a change in a family’s financial situation means they are not able to fulfill their pledge. Any excess funds will go into our savings for future capital expenses. You may recall last year our savings was large enough to cover the needed HVAC system.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Sanctuary Project Committee for their dedicated efforts: Nancy Benson, Scott Alvesteffer, Denise Kolesar, Valerie Henderson, and Chuck Burch. I also want to thank our staff for their extra time and effort in this project, as well as Monica Amoroso, Alex O’Sullivan, and Olivia Koster for their incredible help with marketing and social media posts.

As we move forward, I invite everyone to continue praying for the success of the project. We will keep you updated as we firm up the construction plans. Our current hope is to begin construction sometime in November. During this period, we will hold our worship services in Danner Hall. Our goal is to be back in our beautifully renovated church by Easter Sunday 2025!

Thank you once again for your support and generosity!

In Christ’s Love and Friendship,

Fr. Stephen
