Commitment Sunday

Dear Friends in Christ,
Today is Commitment Sunday. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the generosity and support that you have already shown for our “Restore All Things in Christ” campaign. Many of you have already pledged to the sanctuary project, and for that, thank you!

Last weekend, some of our beloved snowbirds, who have been away for the winter months, returned home and shared with me their excitement for the sanctuary project. Despite being away from our parish community for some time, they were eager to contribute to make our renovated sanctuary a reality.

As we continue to move forward with our campaign, let us remember the incredible blessings that we have in our parish community. We are blessed with a welcoming parish family, filled with awesome people who come together to celebrate beautiful liturgies and music. The sanctuary project is not just about enhancing our physical space, it is about elevating our worship and creating a sense of awe and wonder at all of God’s goodness.

On this Commitment Sunday, I invite you to prayerfully consider how you can contribute to this awesome project. I encourage all parishioners to consider pledging their support for the “Restore All Things in Christ” campaign before Memorial Day weekend. By doing so, we can expedite the fundraising process and aim to have the necessary pledges secured before the summer months. Your timely pledges will enable us to initiate the construction process sooner, with the goal of commencing construction by mid to late fall. This timeline will make it more likely for the completion of our renovated sanctuary before Easter. Your support, whether through prayer or financial contribution plays a vital role in making our beautified sanctuary space a reality.

In Christ’s love and friendship,

Fr. Stephen
