New Associate Director of Priestly Vocations
Dear Friends in Christ,
I have some important and exciting news to share with you. Bishop
Walkowiak has named Fr. Rob Mulderink as the Associate Director of
Priestly Vocations. Later this year, Fr. Rob will transition into the role of
Director of Priestly Vocations. This change means that I will be able to
dedicate all my time and energy to serving the wonderful parish
community of St. Pius X.
It has been an immense privilege to walk with men
on their journey toward the priesthood, and I am
incredibly proud of our seminarians. The quality of
priests we are forming in the Diocese of Grand
Rapids fills me with great hope and excitement for
the future of our Church. I am thrilled that Fr. Rob
will be taking over this vital role. He loves being a
priest, is a joyful man, and will relate exceptionally
well with younger men considering the priesthood. Please continue to
keep praying for vocations, as we rely on your support and God’s grace
to guide these men on their journey towards priesthood.
I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Fr. Len for covering Masses
last weekend and this weekend. His presence allowed me the
opportunity to get away and spend quality time with family and friends.
I am grateful for his willingness to step in and serve our parish
community during my absence.
Thank you for your continued prayers and support.
In Christ’s Love and Friendship.
